Terms & Conditions of Booking

General

The guest who confirms the booking agrees to take full responsibility for ensuring that the following Terms and Conditions are adhered to by all members of the party.

For bookings made within 4 weeks of arrival, the full rental is payable at the time of booking. If the balance payment is not received by the due date, the owner is entitled to cancel the booking and the deposit will not be refunded.

Cancellation by Guest
